For the Danish:
1 package Hawaiian King Sweet Rolls (12 rolls)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
For the topping:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh sliced strawberries
Caramel sauce for drizzling
Directions:
Step 1
Prepare the Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian King Sweet Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the bottom half together as a single layer.
- Place the bottom layer on a greased baking dish.
Step 2
Make the cheesecake filling:
- In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
- Add the top layer:
- Place the top layer of rolls over the cheesecake filling.
Step 3
Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheesecake filling is set.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the topping:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the baked Danish.
