- 1 TBS Dijon
- 1 TBS coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 c mct oil or extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TBS mayo
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 2oz can anchovies
place mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt & pepper in blender – combine until smooth. with the blender running on low, slowly add the mct oil and mayo. scrape the sides as needed. add lemon juce and combine well.
if desired, add the anchovies and puree until smooth
add additional salt and pepper to tast. will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days
