Joy Bauer – Skinny protein cinnamon bagels

2 c whole wheat

1 tbs baking soda

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tsp kosher

2 c non fat greek yogurt

make a dough ball .. lots of flour for the board


1 tbs cinnamon 3 tbs packed brown sugar — fold and knead into the dough . -add 1/4 cup raising


cut dough into 8 pcs – roll into logs and make a bagel round

bake 350 for 25 min
